Since we at JyotishWorks.com are very particular about maintaining the confidentiality of our clients and the information they give us, we must make it very clear, that this disclosure of contact information is voluntary and entirely up to you.

No prospective-client, is under any compulsion to give us their contact-number. You should do so, only if you have questions about our services and want us to answer them.

After you give us your contact-number, somebody from our office will call you and try to answer your questions, address any doubts you may have and help you in placing a service request. Please scroll-down to submit your data.

How this works –

Step 1 – You give us your contact number and email address through the form on this page.

Step 2 – Also, tell us the time at which you will prefer to receive our call, along with your time-zone.

Step 3 – A few minutes before we call you, we will send you an email.
        a) Be sure to check that the email has been sent by JyotishWorks.com.
        (This email will have a pass-code, which you MUST use to confirm the identity of the caller who claims to be
         representing JyotishWorks.com.)
        b) Ask the caller for the pass-code of that call.
        (If the caller asks you for the pass-code, remind the caller that he/she is required to say the pass-code, not you.)
        c) Match the reply with the pass-code in the email.
        d) If the caller gives you the correct pass-code, you can be assured he/she is calling from JyotishWorks.com.
         Else, you should disconnect the phone.
       (This identity-verification step has been added to minimize the possibility of any scamster defrauding our
       clients/potential-clients by impersonating us.)

Step 4 – After you have verified the identity of the caller, you can ask whatever questions you have, about our services and seek the help you need, in engaging us for our paid services. The caller will help you in filling the relevant forms and submitting the service requests.

Step 5 – Unless their is good reason for us to retain your contact information, after the call is over, we will delete your phone-number and email-address from our database.
