Grievance Redressal Procedure

  1. Send an email to admin@jyotishworks.com. Include the following information
  1. State the particular ‘Service’ that your grievance is about.
  2. State the date on which you placed a request for the service.
  3. State the Service Request Number (SR#). You will find it in the subject-line of the first email you got from JyotishWorks.com.
  4. State the email address you used for availing the service.
  5. State the date on which you received the ‘Results’ email containing the results of horoscope analysis.
  6. State the reason and nature of your grievance.(We suggest you read the Service Contract, the Terms of Website Use and the Privacy Policy carefully while drafting this point)
  7. Suggest to us what we can do to address/remedy your grievance. We will surely consider your suggestion carefully before sending a reply.
  8. If you wish to discuss the issue over a phone call, please mention the phone number on which you would like to be called. Also, mention the preferred time-slot for such a phone-call, along with your time-zone. We will call you if required.

    Please Note – Disclosure of your phone number is optional and entirely up to you.
  1. If you do not receive a reply within forty-eight (48) hours of sending the email. Please send a reminder email.
  2. Keeping the agreed terms and conditions on which we offered the service, and the best interests of our business in mind, we will do whatever can be done to address and remedy your grievance.
  3. After your grievance has been remedied from our end, we will send you an email to confirm your concurrence on the situation. We will expect you to reply to that email within five (5) working days.
  4. We will close your case either after getting your acknowledgement on successful redressal of your grievance, or if you don’t reply, after five (5) working days of sending the last email.
