JyotishWorks.com is an online platform that provides advisory services and guidance based on Astrology, Numerology and Vastu-Shastra. Before advising the client on any matter, calculations and analysis of the horoscope is done. This calculation and the analysis work is based on the birth and service related information provided by the client. Since this is true for all services provided by Jyotishworks.com, the whole exercise of horoscope casting, calculation and analysis will be futile if the data furnished by the client is inaccurate.
In order to completely negate the possibility of wastage of time and effort invested by the astrologer(s) at JyotishWorks.com, on service-requests that either have incorrect information or might be cancelled at a later stage, AND to even rule-out the possibility of a debate over whether such time and effort has actually been invested on a particular case, a simple policy decision has been taken, which is – that NO option is available to anyone to CANCEL or MODIFY a service-request which has been paid for.
The client, though, has been given some time, between the submission of the service request and payment of the service-fee, to carefully read, understand and deliberate over the terms of the service agreement, which are sent by email. The client MUST utilize this time to decide carefully whether he/she wishes to confirm his/her service-request by paying the service-fee.
What should the client do, if he/she submits a service-request with incorrect data?
If the client realises that he/she has submitted a service request with incorrect data, then he/she MUST NOT PAY the service fee for that particular service request. This service request will lie in JyotishWorks.com’s task-row, as an unconfirmed request for a duration ranging between 15 minutes and 2 hours. After such time is over, the system automatically deletes all unconfirmed requests.
In the mean-time, the client should submit a fresh service-request with correct and accurate information.
What should the client do, if he/she submits a service-request with incorrect data AND also pays the service-fee for that request?
If the client realises that he/she has submitted a service request with incorrect data, and has also paid the service-fee for that particular request, then, we are afraid, there is no remedy for such a situation. The client will have no option to either cancel the service-request or to modify the information submitted through that request. The service-fee will also NOT BE REFUNDED in this case.
The client will get the agreed deliverable in his /her email, within the stated timeline.
If the client wishes to engage JyotishWorks.com for availing that particular service, he/she will have to submit a fresh request with correct and accurate data/information and pay the requisite service-fee again.
What should the client do, if he/she submits a service-request, pays for it, and then realises that he she does not need the service anymore?
The client can do nothing to recover the service-fee paid, because there is no option for cancellation of such a service request. The client will have to find a way to make use of the information he/she receives in the ‘Results’ email that is sent to his/her mailbox, within the timeline stated in the service agreement email.
Conclusion
It is the sole responsibility of the client to check and ensure the correctness, accuracy and completeness of all the data items before submitting any service-request and paying the service-fee for it.
