What can the client do, if he/she does not receive the promised deliverable within the time-line stated in the service agreement email?
Though it is highly unlikely that such a thing will happen, but in the event the promised deliverable or results of the calculation and analysis is not emailed to the client, till midnight of the last day of the period specified in the result delivery date range, the client can write an email to admin@jyotishworks.com, and ask for a full-refund of the service-fee paid, after stating the SR number of the service-request. The SR number will be found in the subject line of the Service-Agreement email that is sent to the client.
