1. During the first 6 overs wicket-fall possibility is slightly high. The scoring rate should be average. Some big shots are likely, still, loss of wickets will not allow the batting side to dominate this period. This will either be a period of equal contest, or the bowlers will have the upper hand.
2. Between overs 7 & 9, wicket-fall possibility will reduce and the scoring rate will improve. The batting side is likely to dominate this period.
3. Between overs 10 & 18, wicket-fall possibility will increase. The scoring rate should come down with wickets. Even if wickets don’t fall, the scoring rate doesn’t seem to be very good during this time. The bowling side is likely to dominate this period of play.
